Why Children's Ministry?

We want to come alongside parents in the spiritual development of their children by offering a safe and loving environment to learn about God.  Together, we as the faith community of First UMC strive to live out our mission to Love God, Love our Neighbors, and make disciples of Christ.

Upcoming Children's Events

VBS Registration is open for kids and volunteers! Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, overflowing with wild waterfalls, towering trees and colorful creatures. Kids plunge into a lifelong adventure, discovering the nature of God, and exploring what it means to be rooted in relationship with their creator, a safe place in life’s storms. Our VBS will run from 6-8:30pm June 1-5! If you’d like to help out but may not be able to volunteer, be on the lookout for the donation board with all of our needs!

Children's Ministry Offerings

Sunday School

PreK-5th Grade

Sunday Mornings at 10 AM! During the school year, check-in is located inside the double doors leading to the Gym! All classrooms are located upstairs.

During the Summer, we do a "one-room" Sunday School in the Crusader's Room!
