WORSHIP

Come praise, pray, sing, and hear God's Word at a worship service at First UMC .  We have many different opportunities and types of worship at First UMC.  Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.

Saturday Evening at 6pm.
    This worship service is a smaller worship than our "Sunday" services.  The service meets in the chapel and is pretty informal.

Sunday Morning
All Sunday morning worship services are held in our church sanctuary.  Hearing aids are available for use at each of the services.  Our 11am worship is broadcast live every Sunday, on KGFW/1340AM.

8:15 am
    This worship service is a mini-version of the traditional 11am service.  The choir only sings at this worship on the third Sunday of the month.  The service meets in the sanctuary.

9:30 am
    This worship service is a contempary service.  It follows a more invigorating and less formal format of worship including praise band lead music and projected lyrics.  This is for all interested ages of people who are looking for something a little different on Sunday morning.

11am
    This is our "traditional" worship service.  Our Chancel Choir regularly enriches the inspiring worship style of this service.
